I apologize beforehand for the poor quality of the photos. Like I said in earlier posts, my digital camera is currently out of comission at this time.
Here is a pretty terrible picture of their menu (sorry it was dark in there!) The other side has more options. What you will find here are burgers, pizzas, salads, and beer.
I got the Sweet Georgia Brown pizza which is supposed to consist of chicken, onions, barbecue sauce, and cheddar. I substituted my cheddar with mozzarella instead. I am a huge pizza fan, but this was not my favorite pizza. There was too much barbecue sauce for my liking which drowned it and made the sauce overpowering. Whoever cooked it cooked it too well and there were parts that were completely burnt. The center, however (once I dabbed some BBQ off) was pretty good.
Crystal got the Beretta Veggie burger with fries. It is a portabello fallafel pattie with spinach artichoke spread, arugula, roasted red peppers, olives, and feta cheese. I should have gotten what she got! I tasted it and it was very good. When we came back again, however, they did not have the patties for this :(
The fries were a little too well done for my taste, but I ate them anyway simply because I just enjoy fries. We also had apple cider beer. It was my first time trying it and I must say that it is now my favorite alcoholic beverage (besides Long Islands, but who can beat that??)
Although I do not have pictures of our second adventure here, I can tell you what we got. Crystal got the Shipwreck Burger which she loved. I had the Hula Burger. The taste factor was a lot better the second time around. Nothing was burnt (except the fries which were still too crispy for me). They did not have apple cider beer, but they had another kind of beer (can't recall what it was) that I had two glasses of and a shot of whiskey. Crystal tried a pumkin beer which I did not like.
I did, however, really enjoy that you could see the entire kitchen. Having worked in a restaurant for six years, it is interesting to see how other kitchens cook their food.
All in all this is a nice little place to hang out after work and have a few drinks with friends. The atmosphere is relaxing and the employees are very accomodating and friendly.
